KIKKA’s Nature Connections video series are designed so you can access a deeper connection with yourself, through nature.

There are six videos in the series and provides you with a multisensory experience that draws you into an idyllic coastal vista to help you take your mind off the world for a short while and then returns you home to your heart space from where you get to create your now and now and now.

Connecting in with nature you observe your mind and practice focussing your attention to whatever brings you feelings of calm, happiness and joy. Delve deeply into your experience, while taking in the blissful soul sounds and joining with nature to soothe your mind and ease your soul.

Enhance your overall wellbeing and mental state of mind by connecting you within while taking some virtual time in nature. Helping yourself to help yourself by realigning you into the present moment.

As you deepen your practice you deepen your relationship with nature. Encouraging a more relaxed and centred experience through your every day, and supporting your overall sense of happiness and joy, while facilitating a new appreciation for nature and the environment.

Each video was filmed on the Northern NSW Coastline of Australia and are less than five minutes long, so you can enjoy a slice of time to quickly align with nature, refresh your perspective and get in the present moment.  Studies show that you don’t have to be in nature to connect with nature and the online delivery allows you to do this on your computer or mobile device, whenever it suits you!
