KIKKA’s Nature Connection Program Workbook – Exploring the Breath is a BEGINNERS mindful breathing course, specifically designed so you can access a deeper connection with yourself, through nature and by connecting in through your breath. The workbook is designed to help you notice the moments of connection throughout your everyday experiences.

There are 8 mindful breathing videos for you to enjoy together with this 57-page downloadable workbook which helps your tract your individual experiences and includes sections for your daily planning and reflections.

As you begin to follow the pathway of your breath, and your relationship with nature develops, you create a calm inner environment, by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system and sending a message to your brain, that ‘Everything is O.K’.

By allowing everything to be as it is, you can release your daily stressors from your mind and instead focus your attention on something that makes your heart smile, as you start opening yourself up to a new freshness, perspective and clarity of mind.

Exploring the Breath is an online flexible eight-week program and has four fundamental components:

1. Realigning you into the present moment.

2. Enhancing your sense of wellbeing and state of mind.

3. Deepening your relationship with yourself and with nature.

4. Practicing mindful breathing techniques to encourage calm relaxation.

You will delve deeply into your experiences and observe the mind observing itself. Take in the blissful soul sounds playing in the background, while connecting in with nature, observing your mind and practice focussing your attention to whatever brings you feelings of happiness and joy.
